Dr. David Friedman is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and currently limits his practice to Gynecology. He is dedicated to assisting his patients in acheiving a healthy, pain free life. His practice encompasses all phases of a woman's life-cycle, inducing Well woman visits, abnormal Pap smears, HPV, Pelvic pain, Endometriosis, Fibroids, Vaginitis, infections, Ovarian Cysts, Polycystic Ovaries, Menopause, sexual Dysfunction, Hormone Replacement, Bio Identical Hormones, Abnormal Menstrual cycles, Recurrent Miscarriages, Contraception, traditional and minimally invasive Surgeries. He is known as a caring, accessible physician who partners with his patients to individualize their care.
Doctor Friedman's background
Dr. Friedman graduated from Mount Sinai School of Medicine and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at The University Hospital in Syracuse, NY. He often advises policy makers and government agencies about health care policy. Dr. Friedman founded and directed a hospital based Birthing Center, and has a strong commitment to medical education.
Dr. Friedman is a member of the International Society for the study of Vulvovaginal Disease (ISSVD)
